The production time may vary depending on the complexity of the design and current demand, and allows us to ensure the highest quality and craftsmanship for your custom piece. Please note that made-to-order pieces with colored stones may exhibit variations in tone and striation due to the natural characteristics of the gemstones.

If a piece is specified as ready to ship, it will be processed and dispatched withiin 5-7 busienss days. Please note that any available sizing otpion for rings may take up to 2 weeks to complete. If you have a specific deadline or need your jewelry by a certain date, please contact us directly and we will do our best to to accomodate within our capabilities.

To keep your 18k satin finish jewelry looking its best, please:

• Store separately in a soft pouch or lined jewelry box to prevent scratching
• Clean gently using a soft, dry cloth. Avoid polishing cloths or abrasives, which may alter the satin finish
• Handle with care. Satin finishes are intentionally soft and may show wear as part of their character.

Over time, natural oils from the skin will subtly polish the surface, creating a beautiful, organic patina unique to the wearer. This evolution is expected and part of the piece’s story.

Ophelia Eve offers repair and refinishing services for any piece purchased through our website or stockists.

We recommend using a ring sizer with US sizes for the most accurate measurement. Online templates can be innacurate, so we recommend using a phsycial sizer to ensure a perfect fit.

Ophelia Eve signet rings may fit slightly smaller, while round and oval rings tend to fit true to size.
